Reseña Luxuria City

Nuestra reseña detallada está en camino. Mantente atento para una mirada de primera mano a este lugar.

Tomo 1, once a highly acclaimed fine dining establishment nestled within the elegant Hotel Panamericano in Buenos Aires, has ceased operations and is now permanently closed. For nearly fifty years, it was a culinary gem, originally brought to life by sisters Ada and Ebe Concaro, who cultivated a menu celebrating "Cocina Porteña"—Buenos Aires' distinctive fusion of European influences. Known for its excellent service and delicious, creative, and beautifully presented dishes, the restaurant garnered significant praise from reviewers over the years.

Under the patronage of Chef Federico Fialayre, Ada Concaro's youngest son, Tomo 1 continued its legacy, evolving Argentine cuisine with high-quality local ingredients long before it became fashionable. While some dishes leaned towards French cuisine, every plate was designed to burst with flavor. Its decor, described as sophisticated with golden hues, created a homely and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Historically, Tomo 1 was recognized for its culinary excellence, receiving awards such as the 'Tenedor de Oro' in 1980 and consistently ranking among top restaurants. It was also featured as number 18 in Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants in 2014. While the physical restaurant is no longer operational, its history remains a significant part of Buenos Aires' gastronomic heritage.
