Reseña Luxuria City

Nuestra reseña detallada está en camino. Mantente atento para una mirada de primera mano a este lugar.

IK Restaurante, though permanently closed, was once a celebrated culinary destination in Lima's vibrant Miraflores district. Conceived by the talented late chef Ivan Kisic and brought to fruition by his brother Franco Kisic and cousin Monica Kisic, the restaurant was a tribute to Ivan's vision for modern Peruvian gastronomy. The ambiance was designed to be a serene escape from the city, with an interior inspired by a traditional wooden fruit box, featuring staggered wooden slats intertwined with plants and soft, natural lighting. Round tables crafted from recycled wood, alabaster platters, and smooth river stones holding metal tongs completed the organic aesthetic, creating an intimate and relaxing dining environment.

IK Restaurante focused on sustainable and seasonal ingredients, utilizing 100% native Peruvian products sourced locally or directly from their origin to ensure the highest quality. The menu, which was largely crafted by Ivan Kisic, showcased modern interpretations of Peruvian classics with creative presentations, blending avant-garde and ancestral techniques. Diners could embark on an exquisite tasting menu journey or select from an à la carte offering, experiencing innovative dishes that aimed to provide not just a meal, but a memorable culinary experience. It was praised for its inventiveness and attention to detail, making it a significant player in Lima's fine dining scene.
